A future where men and boys can thrive.
Our vision is for a society where men and boys feel able to talk about their wellbeing, know where to turn for support, develop confidence and resilience, and build lives with purpose and direction.
About MINDSET
We believe men and boys deserve a place where wellbeing, confidence and personal growth can be discussed openly, practically and without judgment.
Who we are
MINDSET is a London-based charity supporting men and boys to build confidence, improve their wellbeing, develop their potential and create better lives.
We understand that many men and boys can face pressures that make it difficult to speak openly or ask for help. Our aim is to make support feel accessible, human and useful — through community, practical skills, mentoring, positive role models and opportunities for positive change.
Our vision is for a society where men and boys feel able to talk about their wellbeing, know where to turn for support, develop confidence and resilience, and build lives with purpose and direction.
We want to create welcoming, practical and positive places where men and boys can get support before they reach crisis point, develop themselves and build the tools, confidence and connections they need to navigate life.
Our values
These values guide how we design services, communicate, make decisions and build relationships with men, boys, families and partners.
We focus on possibilities, strengths and progress.
We provide tools people can actually use in everyday life.
Everyone deserves to be heard and treated with dignity.
Everyone deserves the opportunity to participate and develop.
We are not afraid to have difficult conversations.
Behind every participant is a person with their own story.
We do not expect perfection. We believe in taking the next step.
Our aims & objectives
We are building MINDSET around practical aims that keep prevention, access, confidence and personal development at the centre.
Challenge and dismantle the societal stigma that can stop men speaking or seeking support.
Build strong, supportive networks where men and boys can feel understood and less isolated.
Equip men and boys with practical strategies for navigating stress, setbacks and life challenges.
Inspire men and boys to set goals, build skills and make positive changes in their personal, educational and professional lives.
Make useful resources, groups and opportunities easier to find and engage with — especially before crisis point.
We don't fake it. We face it.
